A Holistic Mini Night Festival!

Bringing holistic innovation in the form of a mini festival, The After Glow (run by Yoga Massage Company Innersense Guru) aims to cultivate community.

You’re invited to glow naturally by chatting about your passions and connecting with like-minded individuals who want to create change in society. There will be live music throughout the evening, spanning a diverse range from acoustic acts and electronic DJs to live drumming, belly dancing and more! Experience nourishing yoga and massage, delicious health foods at our pop up café, virgin cocktails and indulge the senses with our live performances.

Test your boundaries to see if you can let go, try new things and most importantly dance without the blanket of a bottle or other crutches. Savour some ceremonial cacao hot chocolate and get to know the local Leeds creatives instead.

If you’ve ever waited around long enough after the sunsets you’ll know the rippling colours just as mesmerising as the sunset itself. In this way The After Glow promises to leave you with no hang over but a burning creative fire in your belly and wonderful community connections so you too can join the creative ripples of change in Leeds.
