InnerSense Yoga creatively combines authentic pranayama (breathing) techniques, Kundalini Warm ups, asanas (postures) and a range of meditation techniques (visualisations and mudras).

Hi there! I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share a little bit about our cozy yoga studio, Sea Studio Morecambe. Since it’s a small space, if you happen to miss a session, I’m unable to transfer your booking to another class or provide a refund.
If you know you can’t make it, I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know at least an hour before class starts. This helps me set up the mats and create the best experience for everyone attending, especially since we have a committed 4-week course.
I’m just starting out in my hometown of Morecambe, and I’m truly grateful for your support. Thank you for understanding, and I look forward to seeing you in class!

Our InnerSense Yoga comes in two key styles:
inner Flow Yoga
Connect to the water element, A FRESH take on the popular Vinyasa Flow Yoga. A fun flowing energising class for flexibility and flow; ignite freedom and improve balance both on and off the mat.
Connect to the fire element, A Fresh take on the traditional Sivananda yoga for inner STRENGTH, back strength and heart opening; know your boundaries and release emotional tension.
