InnerSense Yoga creatively combines authentic pranayama (breathing) techniques, Kundalini Warm ups, asanas (postures) and a range of meditation techniques (visualisations and mudras).

Hi there! I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share a little bit about our cozy yoga studio, Sea Studio Morecambe.

We are a quirky boutique holistic yoga studio, with a maximum of 5 people per session.

We have a committed 4-week yoga sequence to flow with the moon cycles and seasonal festivals and changes, which includes our monthly meditation as part of our ‘yoga’ yoga meaning union! Union of mind body and spirit, and union of individual consciousness with collective consciousness. How I experience this is as a pulling and merging of all the different parts of myself back together, feeling more centered, reset, energised and close to my most favourite self, my good day self as well as allowing me to flow more with the ups and the downs.

If you know you can’t make a session, I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know at least an hour before class starts via whatsapp. This helps me set up the mats and create the best experience for everyone attending.

We have been going 3 years this March in my hometown in Morecambe, and I’m truly grateful for your support.

*Once you’ve booked a session, we’re unable to move it to another date. However, if you can’t attend, feel free to send someone else along in your place if you would like to send a friend or family member.

*For our new customers, we’re happy to offer one date change for your first class if you happen to miss it.

*If you become a Sea Shala Member, 4 classes per month for £38.00 or 12 classes over 3 months, you can swap classes you can’t make with the Sea Yogis Group and offer up your classes that you can’t make.

As a small business, in a challenging time in the world, we truly value your support and understanding, we also value your commitment to your well-being.

Our Entry Class is our Saturday Morning Class, if you have done yoga you can try the Thursday night classes straight away also. Should you be unsure about coming to a group class, or would prefer something to fit your schedule better try our One to Ones. One off classes are £13 and can be booked below.

InnerSense Yoga takes inspiration from many old and new, eastern and western yoga styles including Sivananda, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga.

Our InnerSense Yoga comes in two key styles:

  • inner Flow Yoga

Connect to the water element, A FRESH take on the popular Vinyasa Flow Yoga. A fun flowing energising class for flexibility and flow; ignite freedom and improve balance both on and off the mat. 

Connect to the fire element, A Fresh take on the traditional Sivananda yoga for inner STRENGTH, back strength and heart opening; know your boundaries and release emotional tension.
