Experience the deeply surrendering and invigorating eastern Tibetan ‘Ocean’ Massage, fused with nurturing western Swedish Massage techniques.
The Holistic ‘Ocean’ Massage sequence and techniques are perfect for releasing tension knots commonly found around the tops of the shoulders. In Tibetan Philosophy knots are considered excessive ‘wind/air’ element in the body, also acknowledged in Ayurvedic Indian Healthcare. This is associated with the overactive mind and stress.
Our InnerSense Body Oil complements and works in harmony with the Massage to bring you back down from your mind, to your body. Our Oils are bespoke and curated with local suppliers in the North West UK, all natural, eco-friendly and vegan.
Sooth your mind, release your body and tickle your emotions. A meditative Massage relaxation that through the power of touch that: resets the senses, restores the nervous system, balances the chakra system and works with the elements.
At the beginning of the treatment you have the option to pick an intention card. This intention setting process helps align the mind and body, as well as opening the door to the subconscious should you wish for deep cultivation of inner harmony.
