What is our environmental commitment?

“nURTURE YOU, NATURE TO AND CONNECT TO YOUR TRUE NATURE”

We link self-care with caring for nature. Our aim is to share holistic practice while reducing plastic, avoiding chemicals, and promoting natural, biodegradable, and local product alternatives, as well as making our own organic plant-based massage mix.

What services we offer?

Yoga, Massage, Reiki, Meditation, and Online Zoom sessions. We help you learn holistic tools and routines, transferable and available in your home as well.

What products do you use and sell?

Natural, vegan, and organic items, including handmade oils, herbal teas, local recycled handmade art and jewellery, and filtered water.

Why is everything vegan?

We offer a plant-based “yogic retreat” experience to support balance and health, giving the animals a rest, and yourselves.

How do you stay eco-friendly?

  • Natural materials, cotton sheets for our massage and plant-based chemical free candles

  • Non-toxic cleaning products

  • Organic, locally sourced food

  • Recycling and reduced plastic use

  • Second-hand or local shop fittings

  • Our Water Filter Machine.

Are you inclusive?

Yes. We welcome everyone, regardless of background or beliefs, and provide sober, caring social spaces.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing. Massage oils may transfer to clothes.

What if I’m unwell?

Please stay home for 1–2 weeks. Members may request a Zoom session.

Can I attend with injuries?

Yes depending on the injury, but inform us in advance to be sure. seastudiomorecambe@gmail.com

Do you offer water refills?

Yes. Refill your water bottles in-store to reduce plastic waste. £1 small bottle, £2 large bottle.

How do memberships work?

  • Yoga credits: Use within 1 month

  • Monthly massage: Reschedule up to 3 times within the same month, third time lucky.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

No refunds. Date changes are only available for members and room hires - one weeks notice must be given.

If we need to cancel?

We will always provide a substitute teacher or therapist where possible. Alternatively, we will offer you a full refund. Please allow 14 working days for the refund to be returned.

other sea studio activities?

Our other timetable of events run by other session leaders ie. Monday Zen Meditation, Monthly Sound Bath, Monthly Reiki Shares group are booked directly through them, and have their own refund policies. We offer the option to reserve you space and sign up through our website so we can pass your details onto the organisers. For an queries please contact the session holder directly.

Is this a medical service?

No. Our services support wellness but do not replace medical advice.

Lost property?

Lost Property will be kept for 1 month. Please keep an eye out on our whatsapp group and facebook page. Please contact us at seastudiomorecambe@gmail.com if you leave anything behind.

Terms & Conditions

Studio Rules & Health

  • Attire: Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing (leggings, joggers, etc.). For massages, be aware that oils may rub off on your clothes. We use organic oils that are good for your skin and hair, so we recommend you leaving them on the skin as long as you can. Please do not wear strong perfumes, deodorants, or sun tan creams. Freshly showered if perfect but not expected.

  • Illness: If you have symptoms of illness or have recently had a vaccina on, please stay home for 1-2 weeks.

  • Zoom Option: If you are a member and you're not feeling well or if travel is risky due to the weather, you can request a zoom link to join your booked yoga sessions on Zoom. This is available 90% of the time unless we have a cover teacher we are working on making this option still available.

  • Injuries: Please notify us of any new injuries before arriving seastudiomorecambe@gmail.com. or whatsapp Chelsey 07 421 46 2023.

Environment and Sustainability

  • Water Refills: Please support our mission to reduce plastic. You can get Water Refills in our shop. Our Kangen Water (Alkaline or Neutral) for a £1 for small bottles or £2 for large bottles. This helps cut down on single-use plastic bottles and also means you get the best quality fresh water for your hydration. Whether you are refilling after a yoga class, out for a walk or want to fill up for your water stock at home we are here.

    Memberships - Bookings, Cancellations and Rescheduling.

  • Monthly Moon Massage: Must be used within the same month as payment. You can reschedule up to three times, third time lucky. If you prefer if you can’t make a session you can send someone else to take the appointment or forfeit it. The appointment still must be within the one month of the membership month.

  • Yoga Class: Using the code you receive when you book your membership you have one month to use all of the credits for your 4 yoga classes.

  • Extenuating Circumstances: If there is a death in your family or you have a serious illness which makes you unable to attend your appointment but you are still keen to have the session it may be possible for us to give you a date change to the following month or month of your choice within 3 months max of the original appointments for massage/treatments. Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply for yoga. Please email us and we can see what we can do for you.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for any of our services booked.

    For our members we offer date changes, but for our ad hoc custom we unfortunately don’t offer this service. For our room hires and members one weeks notice must be given if a session needs to be rescheduled within one month from the original booking date.

    If we cancel: If we cannot provide a cover instructor/therapist, this is the only me we usually issue a full refund. Please allow us 7 working days to return the money.

    Sea Studio Activity Sessions: Events booked through other therapists/ session providers other than seastudiomorecambe@gmail.com and our website www.yourinnersense.com e.g., Sound Baths or Reiki shares) are subject to that specific organiser’s refund policy. Please contact them directly.
