Do you want to be able to prepare and sell food? Get Your Level 2 Certificate with this day course that allows you get to insurance and have a deeper knowledge of hygience so you can enter the catering and hospitality industry. No pre-requists required.

The course is led by Aid Yourself Training (please see info sheet attached), accredited by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliancewww.highfieldabc.com recognised internationaly.

Day Schedule:

10am-1pm - Welcome from Chelsey. Joanne from Aid Yourself will then lead Part 1 Level 2 course. 
1pm-1.30p - Break for lunch (food to purchase separately at the hyde park book club or you can go for a wander to get some fresh air)
1.30pm-3.30pm- Joanne from AidYourself will lead part two, ending with the assessment, a multiple-choice examination, where you must answer 20 out of 30 questions to pass and receive your certificate.

What you can expect: Hazards and controls, food saftey management and temperature controls, food poisoning control, personal hygiene, cleaning and disinfestion, food pests, and the role of the food handler in keeping food safe.
