Ignite all your senses throughout a tradition yoga session incorporating pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures) and meditation, based on the Sivananda Yoga Sequence with modifications to suit beginners and experienced Yogis.
The warm up will introduce two types of pranayama/breathwork and transition gracefully between postures synchronising breath and movement.
Then the class continues onto the energising Sun Saluations, followed by the alternating active and passive Sivananda posture sequence, closing with the final relaxation Savasana.
