A one hour session that will introduce you to our InnerSense Vinyasa Flow Class and the four week courses we offer.

A Flow Yoga class for increasing your energy levels improving flexibility, building strength and igniting your freedom from within.

Transition gracefully from one posture to the next in an almost dance like manor connected to your life force energy, the breath, the prana.

Feel the inner fire rise through the body, connecting to your internal battery the solar plexus.

Learn about your body, embrace your vulnerabilities, nurture your strengths and nourish the body through rejuvenating relaxation postures.
