Earth Meditation

Come and get to know your powerful mind.

Through meditation we cultivate a healthy relationship with the mind, training the mind to relax and teaching it to come into harmony with your body, through the connection to the breath.

Studies show meditation can help improve sleep, improve coping mechanisms and symptoms from mental health disorders, improve cognitive/behavioural functions and help you better handle negative emotions.

Meditation can unlock stagnation in your physical body and release your creativity.



This session starts with an optional 15minutes silent meditation this is for more confident regular meditators but feel free to jump straight in and give it ago.

Once everyone has arrived at 5.30pm the first 20minute guided visualisation meditation will start in a seated posture.

The second 20minute meditation will either be a pranayama breathing meditation or a mudra meditation or a combination.

The final meditation you have the option to lie down, where you can encorporate any of the previous meditation techniques and also try a mantra meditation.



This session is extremely calming, peaceful and grounding for a harmonious start to your week. Feel free to come straight from work.
