Through meditation we cultivate a healthy relationship with the mind, training the mind to relax and teaching it to come into harmony with your body, through the connection to the breath.
Studies show meditation can help improve sleep, improve coping mechanisms and symptoms from mental health disorders, improve cognitive/behavioural functions and help you better handle negative emotions.
Meditation can unlock stagnation in your physical body and release your creativity.
What to expect:
First 20 minute meditation will be a guided visualisation meditation that will start in a seated posture that will release thoughts, feelings and stagnation.
The second 30 minute meditation will either be a pranayama (breathing), Mantra & Mudra meditation, that will ignite fire, energy, passion and creativity.
The final 10 meditation is practiced laid down, culminating the previous practices, while we centre return to the heart space and the collective heart.
This session is extremely grounding, energising, peaceful and relaxing for a harmonious start to your Friday.
