Weekly Beginners Yoga Class.

Learn the Basic Postures of Yoga.

Learn about different styles of Yoga.

Activate the muscles and improve flexibility.

Improve mobility and body awareness.

Develop mind body connection.

Enjoy the moment, feel good, relax and re-energise.

This Class is led by Chelsey.

Chelsey has over 7 years experience as a Multi-style Yoga Instructor. Chelsey’s classes fuse together knowledge from many styles of Yoga: Kundalini, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Sivananda.

Wednesdays 5.30pm-6.30pm.

£8 per session.
