At the Grassroots Sangha community we practice peace through meditation, supporting each other to find our inner true selves.

Nestle together in the beautiful, warm space of the Sea Studio to help water our roots so that compassion can flourish.

We are gathering this evening 1st April 7pm ~ 9pm and fortnightly thereafter. Cushions, mats, chairs, blankets and herbal teas are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
