Lets celebrate and support each other while we connect to the cycles of the moon and with it the affecting planets and seasons & environmental rhythms of the earth, ultimately helping us become more trusting of the natural environment and more connected to our natural nature.
Through meditation, connecting to the breath and healthy plant-based food we connect in a ‘yin’ way, setting intentions for a wonderful month ahead.
