Lets stretch, breathe and connect to our own nature.

This class is a Yoga Flow Class.

The class starts with a gentle warm and energising kundalini pranyama exercises.

Learn strengthening Sun Salutations & Standing postures.

Enjoy releasing seated postures and twists.

Connect to your heart and inner self with cool down postures.

This is a community class open to all abilities. If you haven’t done any yoga or still unsure we also offer one to one yoga sessions. chelsey@yourinnersense.com
