Reiki is an energy healing therapy.

The session starts with a consultation where you can pick a tarot card and enjoy a warm herbal tea, to set an intention and gain insight into your mental physical and emotional wellbeing.

Then you will lie on the massage table fully clothed and close your eyes. You will feel hands above the body over the different energy centres (chakras) of the body to clear and channel the reiki energy.

This therapy is great for clearing the mind, communication, unlocking hidden emotion and finding a deep sense of peace.

Reiki is ancient natural knowledge of how to heal ourselves and one another that was lost and rediscovered by Usui in Japan and later brought to the west.

After the session is over there is time for your de-brief where we discuss your experience of the treatment and aftercare.
