New Year Yoga - Sivananda Yoga
An evening Yoga class to wind down, energise and connect to the flowing moon energy of the evening.
Ignite all your senses throughout 60 minute yoga session incorporating pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures) and meditation, based on the Sivananda Yoga Sequence with modifications to suit beginners and experienced Yogis.
The warm up will introduce pranayama/breathwork and transition gracefully between postures synchronising breath and movement with soothing relaxation postures.
Build towards energising Sun Saluations, enjoy active and passive postures, closing with the final relaxation Savasana.
- Gain Strength and Improve flexibility.
- Try new yoga postures.
- Learn breathing techniques.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
There is free on street parking in the after after 6pm, there are also paid car parks near the venue.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
Ensure you are well hydrated before the class, drinking water is not recommended through the class.
