A winter solstice welcome to our serene Sea Studio and InnerSense Shop based in West End Morecambe.

Arrive 15 minutes early, 9.45am to collect your cacao from the shop and then we will begin with an Ignite the Senses meditation with your Cacao. A specially chosen Cacao for this event. This will then take you into the journey of the traditional Sivananda Yoga.

Sivananda Yoga is a traditional form of Hatha Yoga, Hatha meaning Sun and Moon. Sivananda has a Yin Yang feel to it, active and passive postures. It is the rhythmical alternation of these postures that enables you to get into deep blissful heart opening postures.

Previous yoga experience is required. Why not try our Saturday morning course starting 9th November to prepare for this class.
